wsclient.dll error : RefreshBannedAppsList on Build 11099

On resume I've had this error:

Error in WSClient.dll

Missing entry: RefreshBannedAppsList

Thought I should report it. First time it's appeared

To assist you better, I like to know; when exactly you get this error message?

I like to inform you that, WSClient.dll is a windows store licensing client file.

I suggest you to try re-registering WSClient.dll files, through command prompt and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

1) Press Windows key +x, and select Command Prompt (Admin).

2) Type the following command: regsvr32 /u WSClient.dll.

    Hit Enter. This will Un-Register your file.

4) Type the following command: regsvr32 /i WSClient.dll.

    Hit Enter. This will Re-Register your file.

6) Close the command prompt window.

7) Restart your computer and check if it helps.

I'm running build 11099.rs1_release.160109-1156 and got the same error today on starting up my PC.

Same here on my PC and Surface Pro 2.

Looks like the Windows Store app needs an update for this build.

Same here with 11099 and could not unregister or register the dll. But there does not seem to be any other detrimental effects, and no errors reported in the Event log.

This is the response when trying to unregister the WSClient.dll.  The same happens when I try to register it.
