windows 10 taskbar system tray error while clicking the "^" icon

I am running windows 10 on intel core2duo cpu and intel dg45 motherboard  .When i click on taskbar system tray icon it shows a error message window on desktop as like the picture. Then every time i need to close that small error window . How to get rid from this problem ?

Is there a hidden icon that is causing the problem? 

Before closing the error message have you tried to right click on it and see if there are properties and what they are?

thanks for ur reply...... i dont think there is any hidden icon , i think it happens for registry error or something else........ after clicking right button it shows only 2 option like the picture, my be re-installing the windows is the only option to solve the problem,,,,,,,,, btw,,, i am searching for alternative option,,,,,,

Thank you for the update on the issue.

This might be the problem of a startup program.

I would suggest you to boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. If you don’t face the issue in clean boot state, then one of the program disabled is causing the issue. Refer to the article for more information:

Note: After troubleshooting, reset the computer to start as usual. Refer to the step How to set the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting under more information.
