I had an ACPI problem with my Asus 1201n after upgrading to W10. Here is what you can do:
1.- identify what kind of ACPI problem it is.
The way to do this is to launch task manager while the windows prompt for "Asus ACPI driver is missing, Install ACPI driver" is on the screen. See the processes tab and check if in apps it appears the Hotkey service from asus and if in background processes
you see it too along with the process for asus sender. If this is your case, then proceed to step 2.
2.- Uninstall Asus HotKey Service from program and features.
It is ok, the only thing you will miss is the use of the key fn with asus specific functions on the top keys. But it will get rid of the prompt and the ram&cpu you are wasting on the glitch it is causing you.
3.- Restart once uninstalled.
And that it is, it should be gone. Let me know how it goes.
