Build 9879 - Windows Feedback App doesn't recognize me

Updated from the previous build to build 9879, now I can't use the Windows Feedback app:

To use Windows Feedback, you must be registered with the Windows Insider Preview Program , and connected to the Internet the first time you run the feedback app.

My internet connection works fine and all other apps are working fine too - only the feedback app doesn't recognize me anymore.

We’ve been monitoring the service and it appears to be working well for all locations now.  However, there is a client side bug that is in both Insider Hub and Windows Feedback.  In some cases the cached MSA authentication ticket can become stale and this same symptom manifests (Please register as Insider page is shown).  Closing and restarting the app refreshes the ticket and fixes the issue.  We’ll be sure to fix this in both apps for the next flight.

If closing and restarting the app doesn’t work, please post your geo-location here, we'll continue to monitor this thread.
