Windows Insider Build Crashing when turning on webcam

I recently upgraded to Windows Insider Build (Windows 10 pro, Version 2004, Installed on 4/20/2020, OS build 19041.207) and after doing so, when ever I turn on my laptop's camera (part of a zoom/skype/webex call, or simply OPEN the camera app) my computer crashes and I get this message:

"Your Windows Insider Build ran into a problem and needs to restart.  We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

For more information about this issue and possible fixes, visit https://www.windows.com/stopcode

If you call a support person give them this info:

Sop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_ESCEPTION

What failed: SPUVCbv_x64.sys"

Things I have done to try to fix it:

-Updated webcam driver

-Unistalled/reinstalled camera, updated driver

-Installed all manufacturer (Lenovo) recommended updates (included some drivers, as well as BIOS update)

-checked camera manufacturer's website for updated drivers (none)

Can someone assist with add'l steps I can take so that I can use my laptop's built in camera?

Answer
Answer
boot with windows usb , go to command prompt, then find the  file " SPUVCbv_x64.sys"

in C:\windows\system32\drivers\

and delete that  file

before deleting , copy that file to some other location
