Windows 11 virus protection turns off itself

I have updated to windows 11 but I am having a problem, every time my pc is restarted the virus protection turns itself off and I have to turn it on every time. I was using windows 10 before and I didnt have any problems with it can someone help me?

I had this problem too with Windows Security virus & threat protection turns off itself upon Windows 11 log in, also same thing happened with App & browser control, that's why I downgrade for now back to Windows 10 since under Windows 10 it never turned off on me when logging into my desktop before. it seems to be a bug still in 22000.71 build of Windows 11 Version 21H2.
