Windows 11 Insider Installer Error: ##Setup_DismissCPUBlockNotRunText##

When attempting to install Windows 11 on my desktop through both a mounted ISO and external USB disk, I am presented with this unorthodox error in the setup process, on the "What needs your attention" dialog. I have not seen this error documentated anywhere else online, but I'm sure others have experienced it.

Pressing the 'Refresh' button is useless, although pressing the button next to the error code allows the installer to continue up to the online installation phase:

This screen will reach 100%, but instead of the computer restarting into the next phase of the update, it simply closes itself without any warning, messages, or codes. Restarting the computer manually does not initiate the next phase of the update.

I have tried installing the latest Windows 11 Insider build through Windows Update, but even after a repair installation of Windows 10, Windows Update fails (error 0xc0000409) after installing the update to 100% in the online phase. I have tried all possible methods of upgrading, and I want to avoid a clean install as much as possible. The only notable specification of my PC is its processor, which is an unsupported Intel Core i5 6400T (6th generation).

Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
