You have latest insider preview (newer that soon to be released v2004) installed and you can't remove that water mark.

For your another queston:

>"windows 10 version 2004 which is the latest feature update, freezes randomly."

Previews are unstable beta version and all kind of issues can appear.

To fix these issues you have to wait until v2004 is released on May and do clean install.

Since build 19613 is less that 10 days old you may have option to roll back to previous version.

Go to Settings / Update / Recovery and see if 'Go back to the previous version of Windows' is available.

Update = Replace old bugs with new ones.

No, that is not a problem that MS is going to fix.  As I already reply, you have latest insider preview installed and there is always that water mark, which can't be removed.

If you want to get rid of it and fix all other issues you have been posting many threats within last 24 hours you have to download latest released Windows version v1909 and do a clean install.

You can find latest released Windows version from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-download/windows10

Update = Replace old bugs with new ones.

If you are looking for Version 2004, you just have the wrong Build.

Currently Version 2004 preview is Build 19041.208 in the insider Slow Ring and that does not have the water mark.

Build 19613 is for the insider Fast Ring and it will be the version that comes after.
