Windows 10 Update Error 8007002C-4000D

I've tried to update to the new Windows 10 software, I have gotten to 93% everytime I have tried to download. Then it restores to my previous version and gives me the error code 8007002C-4000D any help please??

Had this same issue, here is what I did to fix it:

Solution: Delete All files from Windows Update and then run Windows update

-- Stop Windows update service (services.msc)
-- Delete all files in:
     C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
     C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore

-- Start Windows update service
-- Update, Install and you are good :D
