WIndows 10 Pro Insider Preview Build 14379 has different expiration dates.....

I have two PCs - desktop and brand new Surface Book - running Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Version 14379.  When I start Surface Book it gives me a "This build is about to expire" error message.  Desktop books perfectly -  no problem.

When I run Winver I get two different expiration dates:

                                         Desktop PC

                                  Surface Book

Tried everything - rolling back, updating, repairing, no effect.

This is obviously VERY annoying since there's so way a new Surface Book could possibly have an unauthorized or expired copy of Windows.

If you have this problem please check if there is a difference between the expire date shown in WinVer and the one shown in slmgr /dlv (Ran in an administrator CMD prompt). In Winver my build was expired today (Jul 15) and in SLMGR it stated Oct 1.

If so do the SLMGR /Rearm and reboot the machine. In my case this set the date in WinVer to the same displayed at the slmgr /dlv and the problem was gone.
