Angel,

Your computer and the service don't need to have an identical date and time, but if they vary too much it will prevent you from checking for updates. The following steps are the most common solutions for this error code.

It could be the coin cell battery for the CMOS

Sometimes a wəak CMOS battery can cause various issues including slow, locking as well as
other unexplained performance issues.
This is fairly rare but the battery is relatively əasy to replace, check your motherboard/computer manual for replacement details.
Usually the battery is a "CR2032" watch battery, about the size of a nickel.

It may be an indication that the system has malware resident.

What is the installed antivirus; is it's subscription current; was anything detected the last time the system was scanned with it ?

In the məantime, strongly suggest  that you scan the system with the Microsoft Safety Scanner .
Pləase post the results of the scan.

If you can not download nor run the MS Safety Scanner, then strongly suggest  that you
run this Kaspersky Tool - How to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS

Pləase let us know what fixes the problem or if the pяoblem remains

well I did a booboo I only upgraded to windows 10 but keeping every thing on my computer not a clean install, so it was in the windows 7 and found out can only run one DVD/CD on one computer per licences per computer, so I do

id a complete restore my computer to factory settings and had to reinstall everything I had..So for this computer I will not try out the Windows 10, besides can not hardly use any of my games on it...do like it so I may wait and get windows 10 in future when it has been tested on every game out on the market, I mean every type of game especial Sims 2, 3 and 4, SimCity Society and SimCity 2013, and many more.....Tropico 4 and up...Zoo Tycoon 2, Civ 4 and 5, there are many I play from Electronic Arts, Railroads, railroad tycoon's SidMyer's games etc....So I am not going to test it    and I did all those steps in both windows 7 and 10 and never got fixed......Thank's

the clock is working perfectly and it was Windows 7 Ultimate, but not do not have update issues at all since I complete re did Windows 7 Home Premium that was factory reset and now no issues...Maybe cause I had it on my laptop and desktop computer but had the Ultimate on both for several years now or when the Windows 7 came out, on a 32 bit one 64 bit OS both use Ultimate I upgraded a long time ago, so maybe it was because I had on 2 computers, heck should at least be able to install from one license on 2 computers we pay a lot of money on it, I think this out to be legal   so why is that not right at all...?????
