Welcome screen has changed and my picture is gone

Successfully installed 14366 on my laptop and everything seems to work fine, except for the welcome screen.    The problem is not a big one but I actually liked the original welcome screen background but not it is solid blue.  In addition to that my picture is gone.   There seems to be a place for it but I have been unable to figure out how to put my MS account picture there.   If I could have the original background background back that would be nice also.   Does anyone know how to do this?

Right click to Desktop>Personalize>Lockscreen

The lock screen is not the welcome screen and I have already setup a picture I want on it.   The welcome screen is where you log in and that is the one that has changed from the original and no longer has my picture.   It has a round Icon where you can put a picture and that is where my picture used to be, but I have not yet been able to put a picture of myself there.

I use the Microsoft community picture for lock screen picture starting with the build number 14332 to 14366   Try it

Have you looked into Settings, Accounts to see if there is one there?   If no try Manage my Microsoft account.

I have looked at both.  In fact I changed my picture in the MS account and this should have been transfered to the picture place in the login/welcome screen but it did not happen.

I can change the lock screen and have what I want there but don't seem to be able to add my picture to the login screen.

Right click to Desktop>Personalize>Lockscreen put all setting on. If not help reset the setting off/on
