RS-Prerelease Build 21301 is out to Dev Channel +KB5000626 to .1010

Thanks to TeamViewer three PC's is downloading this update at home, about 400 km away from where I am right now sitting at hotel. Just like yesterday, most interesting part is after restart: Do all PC's come back on line when update is completed.

Two desktop updated and back online, but laptop didn't come back online after restart. Possible reasons: Issue with Wi-Fi or failed to start TeamViewer. 

The NTFS torn write issue warning, which MS claimed earlier this month was fixed, still isn't despite what they say.

This has been widely reported (not just me) and continues in this build.

But they say they listen to feedback.

Thanks CK. Downloading on both Dells. Dell #2 bounced back & started download again when it was installing.

To be clear here, the issue with false positive events was resolved. We are investigating reports of additional errors.

Yes, however, these are also false. Chkdsk claims the volumes are clean. That detail is always mentioned in the reports I see from people (and what I see), just like earlier in the month.

Also, wouldn't it have been an extraordinary coincidence that on the heels of that problem being fixed its doppelganger comes along immediately after?

At the very least, they're tied together, with the strong possibility that they're one and the same.
