Reinstall windows 8.1

Hello, I had to recently reinstall my os I had already signed up for windows 10 but since I had to start from scratch will I still receive the upgrade? I no longer have the get windows 10 app even though I should. Also I am a windows insider that lost my virtual test machine because of my computer malfunction. Is there anyway to install the 10240 build or do I just wait and hope that I receive it for both my production machine and my testing environment? Thank you very much.

I did not. However, I found a backup of the VM and everything works now. Also, the Get Windows 10 app showed up and I was able to reserve my copy. Thank you very much.
