No bootable device found after Insider Update

After the system downloaded & when thru the normal blue install screens for the newest (Fall) Insider update & did the final reboot, my Dell 17-7778 indicates "No bootable device found". Running the diagnostics, the drive is there. Any suggestions?

Build 16215 cannot boot into Safe Mode, so that may be a potential issue during upgrade. To see if there is a workaround, you would need to boot with Windows 10 install media and try Repair your computer from the second screen. If that does not help, try again, but use SHIFT-F10 to get a Command Prompt from the first Windows setup screen. You could then try using diskpart, bootsect and bcdboot to rebuild the boot sector, System files and BCD.

I disabled Secure Boot in F2 Setup, and that got me through.  Apparently, the Fast Ring update isn't from a "trusted source" and my Dell says "No Way!" . Hee Hee.
