I can't use a Microsoft Account to complete the REACHit quest

I am not able to get REACHit set up.  I installed REACHit, but when I go to create a Lenovo account (I don't have one yet) I selected the "Use Microsoft Account" option.  Well, the login screen comes up fine, but I'm not able to sign into my Microsoft account.  Clicking "sign in" does not appear to submit the request, and clicking on it a second time clears the password and displays a "The account or password is incorrect.  Please try again." error message.

Has anyone gotten REACHit to work?

Where was the application downloaded from? 

I downloaded the application from the link provided in the Feedback Hub quest:

  1. You'll have to be in the US and running Windows 10 on a PC or Tablet 
  2. Download, install and setup instructions/videos are available from: http://invite.cortanareachit.com/ 
Are you using a Microsoft Account or a Local account to login to the computer?

I am using a Microsoft account to log in to the computer.

Are you able to login to the Microsoft Account online?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by this question, but if you are asking if my Microsoft Account is generally working fine then the answer is yes, I have no problems using my Microsoft account for all other services.  I also am not suffering from a password issue.
