HP Bluetooth Mouse X4000b stop working after about 5-10 minutes of no activity

Original title: BT Mouse Sleep?

Using an HP Bluetooth Mouse X4000b with Windows Home Insider Preview Build 10565.  Mouse paired, but stops working after about 5-10 minutes of no activity.  Can not delete it from the Bluetooth devices.  It will re-pair and work again...until I let it sit idle for 5-10 minutes.

Did not have issues in previous build.

Refer to the following article and update all the drivers available.

In addition to that, install the Bluetooth driver in compatibility mode with Windows 8.1.

Firstly download the driver from your computer's manufacturer website and then install it.

Since it is a bluetooth mouse, there are no drivers required beyond the Windows bluetooth driver.  I can always get it to work by re-pairing, but then after 5 minutes of inactivity the computer stops "listening" for it.
