hello
after I installed win11 I found that DVD/CD-ROM driver is DISABLED , and tried to enable if from device manger there is NO action done
my windows information:
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on 24/08/2021
OS build 22000.493
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.493.0

Uninstall it in Device Manager and restart, see if that helps.

Maybe it just went bad, malfunctioning. Can you connect it to another PC to check?
