Computer freezes at login screen

Original Title: Freezes at Logon Screen


Windows freezes at logon screen.

No button is working [Shutdown, login, back, ease of access etc. nothing]

I tried clean installation, nothing changes

formatted my hard drive completely and installed again, same problem.

But does not occurs in safe mode.

Same problem happened before in Windows 8.1

Help please, I have installed 7 times today. and frustrated now.

It's unfortunate that the steps provided in my earlier post didn't help to fix the issue.

Troubleshooting startup problems can be difficult because every PC is set up differently. Drivers, conflicts with other programs, malware, and memory can all cause startup problems. Startup repair can detect and fix problems that prevent your PC from starting.

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

Also applies for Windows 10 Technical Preview.
