Syntax error with IE9 - DOM EXCEPTION: SYNTAX_ERR(12)...

Since IE9, I am getting this message: DOM EXCEPTION: SYNTAX_ERR(12), when trying to view any of my games on Facebook. How do I fix it or how do I uninstall IE 9?  Please help me.

Hi,

Check that you do not have Tracking Protection turned on... Tools>Tracking Protection...

Usually IE9 does not display scripting errors (hidden from users.... developers use the Developer Tool to debug their scripts)....

There should be a check box on the Message box that says "Don't show this agian", check it then press the OK button on the error message.

The scripting error message cannot be fixed by you. It is a fault of the web site developers.

Also go

Tools>Internet Options, Security tab, and click "Reset all zones to default"

then click the Trusted Sites icon, "Sites" button..... make sure that you do not have http://www.facebook.com or *.facebook.com listed in your Trusted Sites List....

(Much of the content on FB is from other web sites... IE may block this content if Facebook is listed in your Trusted Sites Zone)
