I could with IE8 and now I have to use Chrome. I've notified Morningstar, but I'm thinking this might be related to security levels in IE. I can login to
www.morningstar.com as usual with IE9. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I used IE9 today to log onto the site successfully. I'm not aware of anything that I did differently this time, nor any specific changes that I made in an effort to fix my problem. I'm thinking that there might have been a problem with the sites certificate
since the certificate error message is no longer returned.
In final form: I believe my original problem was caused when logging into a secure server (https:) that had a faulty certificate. I think that Chrome and IE8 let me make the decision to continue to log in or not. IE9 absolutely stopped me from logging
in. Since my problem was only on one machine, with only one user, the problem also had to do with some settings; but I don't know which one(s). Thanks for the help.
