Internet Explorer 9 32-bit crashes until I open Internet Explorer 64-bit

Hi, Im also experiencing IE9 crashes. When I do a fresh reboot it crashes when I open it. It stops crashing when I open IE9 64 bit. When I open IE9 32 bit it doesn't crash anymore, after opening the 64 bit version. I've disabled all addons except flash. I've also tried to disable the hardware rendering, but it just keeps crashing.

It also crashes when I try to pin a website to the taskbar. It always displays this error in the event manager.

Have you tried to use Software rendering instead of Hardware? Could be a driver issue.

To use Software rendering.

Tools> Internet Options>  Under 'Accelerated Graphics', click on the checkbox next to 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering*'. Ensuring that it is checked, click on OK. Close Internet options.

Try to open the 32bit application.
