IE 9 http 404 error

I am using Internet Explorer 9 in Portuguese from Portugal. Whenever I copy a link and paste it in the address bar, it tells me this error. I know for sure the page exists and that I didn't mistype it, because I could access that page this same way with the previous IE8. I can even access the page I request by going to it manually, this got to be a bug with IE9, or I don't know what's going on. Help please.

My windows is 7 Ultimate 64-bit pt-pt

Use either Fiddler2 or the new Developer Tools trace tool to compare what is happening in each case.   The HTTP 404  says that you are reaching your server (actually, a HTTP server) but that you are requesting something that it doesn't have (or, for some reason may not want to give you).   So you should also check to see if you are getting the same IP address in each case.

Good luck
