how do I get rid of Bing from my home page and put AOL back?

Bing has taken over my homepage and will not allow me to change it, I have even deleted Bing from my computer and still it will not go away, it is like a virus.

Even when I attemt to make AOL my new homepage, as soon as I log back on Bing shows back up as my homepage, very aggravating.
