cannot log into my bt yahoo web mail

I can no longer log onto my btinternet.com email webmail.  the log on screen just keeps clearing my password and going back to the log on screen.  Sometimes I can see an intermediate screen briefly that says sometihng about my browser options saying not allowing a redirection?

Hi Mike,

1.       What is the exact error message you get when you try to login to the webmail?

Follow the steps provided below and check if that helps.

‘Cannot access some websites in Internet Explorer’

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967897

If you’re still unable to login to the webmail, then I would suggest you to contact Yahoo support for further assistance.

Hi Mike

A message with "something like" is very hard to troubleshoot.

Try resetting IE9 from Tools, Internet Options, Advanced.

Kind regards

Hans

I have exactly the same issue, have uninstalled and re-installed ie9.

the screen that gives the message is there for microseconds and impossible to read the message.

I have done the resets, remove all file , reset to basics and still no luck, BT state a browser issue, sadly it works fine in Chrome and IE8 but i dont want to use chrome, so its not my typing
