Cannot access, DNS Resolver cache cited as the reason

Original Title: Can't connect to

 DNS Resolver cache cited as the reason? My computer or web site problem?

1. Is this issue specific to this particular website?
2. When exactly you get the message “DNS Resolver cache”?
3. What type of internet connection are you using?
4. Have you tried to access using different browser?
5. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

Reset Internet Explorer disclaimer:
Please note that running Reset Internet Explorer Settings will reset all user-defined settings including those set by installed extensions, toolbars and other add-ons to IE Defaults. This includes all Security, Privacy and Zone settings. Also this will clear browsing history, delete all temporary Internet Files, cookies, form data and especially all stored passwords.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to reset the host file to default and check how it works.

Method 3:
Also, I would suggest you to flush the DNS server and check how it works.
Follow the steps mentioned below to flush DNS.
a) Click Start button.
b) Click All Programs, then click on Accessories
c)Right click on the Command Prompt option,
d)On the drop down menu which appears, click on the Run as Administrator option.
e) Type “ipconfig /flushdns” in command prompt and hit enter.
You will receive message:
Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
Method 4:
You may follow the steps.
a) Click the Start button, then select Control Panel.
b) Click on Network and Sharing Center.
c) Click on your primary connection or Local Area Connection under Active Networks.
d) Click the Properties button.
Windows 7 may prompt you for permission to make network setting changes.
e) Highlight 'Internet Protocol Version 4' and click Properties.
f) Click the radio button 'Use the following DNS server addresses:' and type and in the Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server fields.
g) Click OK button, then the Close button, then Close again. Finally, close the Network and Sharing Center window.
