allow popups for a single website

I see the checkbox for allowing popups but how does one allow popups for a single website?  Guidance sought

Take these steps to set the options you are seeking:
  1. In the Start menu's search box, type internet, then choose Internet Options from the search results.


  2. On the Privacy tab, click the settings button next to the Popup Blocker settings (near the bottom).


  3. You'll be able to list the sites you want to be able to allow popups from.  Just list your one site there, then click OK to save.
