Since the latest Windows update, I have not been able to open any links... they just open a blank page that says it is going to the correct address but the address bar is empty. I have to manually type it in, and then it works. I can't even print a page
because that gets an error and then nothing happens whether I hit Yes or No:

You may need to disable script debugging on the computer, which might help you to fix the issue. Follow the steps below and check.
