Deleat history in address bar

I have a sony vaio. It has Vista home. I have an item (site)  with accompanying  info (imiages). that seems to be imbeded in the history at the address bar.  When I try to deleat them it is still there. I have tried through Control Panel, Safety and also the tools button.  All these methods work to deleat all the other history but this one site and its accompanying imiages. I'm not real knowledgeable with computer but I'm trying.  I think I have read in forum of similar (I think?) problem.  Can someone walk me through solving this? Thanks

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Content - Autocomplete - Settings

You can select settings there and Delete its History.

If needed :
