Hi,

1. Does the issue occur in both the Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers?

2. When exactly did this issue occur?

3. Which version of Windows operating system are you using? Is it Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7?

I would suggest you to uninstall Silverlight from programs and features and then uninstall any updates for Silverlight as well.

1. Click Start and go to Control Panel.
2. Now you may click on Programs and features and uninstall Silverlight from there.
3. Also you may click on view installed updates and then uninstall any updates related to Silverlight from there as well.
4. Then restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.

If this does not help then you may post the issue at the below provided link and check:
http://forums.silverlight.net/forums/

If the issue is related only to Mozilla Firefox browser, here is a link that provides support for issues related to Mozilla Firefox:  http://support.mozilla.com/forum

Hope this information is useful.
