Hi Maghesh,

Were you able to access the website earlier?

Since you're receiving certificate errors, it means the website you're visiting is having certificate problems.
It's also possible that the website's certificate has expired and the owner or operator needs to contact the certification authority to renew the certificate to continue using it. This is a website-related problem

Let’s try these steps and check if it helps.
Method 1

You may try accessing the website in compatibility view in Internet Explorer and check if the issue persists. For more information, refer this link.

Why don't some websites display correctly in Internet Explorer?

Method 2

You may also follow these steps.

a. Type ‘inetcpl.cpl’ in the start search box.
b.Click on contents tab.
c.Click on certificates.
d. Click on ‘Trusted Root Certification Authority’ tab.
e. Select the website name and click on ‘Remove’.
f. Then try to access the website.
