· Do you remember making any changes to the computer after which the issue started?
Try the steps mentioned below and check if it helps:
a. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
b. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
c. Click the General tab, and then click "Colors" under "Appearance".
d. Place a check mark next to "Use Windows colors".
e. Click Ok and then click Ok again to exit from Internet Options and check if the issue is fixed.
