why cant i get on www.marinenet.usmc.mil? - Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

im a marine, trying to get on marinenet to do some marine classes. but i cant because its saying Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. i need to have it done asap it would be cool if that were to happen. any suggestions on what i do?

I would suggest you to try running this below fixit and check if it helps:

If the fixit doesn’t help, then try following the steps manually from the below link and check if it helps.
