Receiving script errors in Windows 7.

Original title : out of memory line 1

I am  having this problem that just started occurring recently with the line number being 1, 6 and 69.  I have those settings and have had those but it stil occurs.  Can just click it to go on but it happens so much it is getting annoying.  The settings are set for Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Other) check boxes, and then click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box.
