Possible to Always run InPrivate Browsing?

I'm setting up a public kiosk for our company.  It is going to be a machine that the public can use to access the Internet.  I would like to always run IE8 with the InPrivate browsing enabled.  I could modify the icon to start IE and add the -private parameter to start IE with InPrivate turned on.  But, I also want it to run should they click on a link in as well.

I've found GPO settings to disable InPrivate browsing, but I want it to run all the time, every time.

Any ideas?

Thanks

You are mistaken: Neither page is based on Beta or RC code. [1]  That being said, you may need to register Internet Explorer (InPrivate) with Default Programs:

...and/or a GPO may be disallowing the changes.

[1] One page was originally published while IE8 was in beta but it's been double-checked against IE8 RTM & IE9 Beta1 code.
