Internet Explorer 8 Toolbar Missing

Just fired up new HP PC and its Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8 and can't find Explorer Toolbar....no FILE, EDIT, SAVE, TOOLS, etc.....what to do?

Right click on a blank area beneath the address bar and select  Menu Bar. The Menu Bar with the functions you want should now appear.
