IE8 "Error on page" - Is displayed in a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the lower right corner of the page

Running Windows 7 Home prem 32bit; IE8....

On some websites in the lower left bottom of my Browser I'll see a Yellow TriAngle with an exclamation mark in it and the words "error on page".  Clicking on the TriAngle opens a Window with information that has little meaning to the average person...like me.  Is this an issue with my Installed IE8, or is this a website issue and there is nothing I can do to correct it.  If an IE installed installed issue, what do I need to do to fix?

Tools>Internet Options, Advanced tab, uncheck "Display notification about every script error".

IF you find it is being checked again when you restart IE, one of your Addons (SpySwat toolbar for one) is turning it back on.

The setting is used by web developers to debug their web sites. Bad Addon developers have forgotten to remove it when publishing their addons.
