How to open files with .do extension

My credit card company uses the .do extension on it's eStatements.  I have always been able to open them in the past, but now when I try, I get the message that this type of file can't be opened and do I want to go online to find a program that will?  Anybody have any suggestions please?  Thank you.

Try changing the file extension from .do to .pdf, if what you're downloading is supposed to be a pdf file. Worked for me with my credit card company (PC Financial).
