How to fix Internet Explorer script errors.

Original title : I am running Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 8, why do I keep getting script errors?

I was running Windows 7 with IE9 and kept getting script errors. One suggestion was to go back to IE 8 and this would clear up. It didn't. So what can I do to stop getting these error messages? It is a real pain to have to keep clicking on the button to keep running scripts every time I want to change pages on whatever site I am on.
