Remove Button is Disabled in Other People Certificate Store

I imported a certificate into IE 11.  On import, I selected to place it in the Personal Store.   Import said completed, but did not see it.  Reimported certificate and selected option for the system to choose the store to go in.  It placed it in Other People.  Now, I want to delete the certificate, but the remove button is disabled so I cannot remove it.   This is a personal machine, so I would have all admin rights.  I tried to do Run as Administrator before opening IE and the remove button still will not enabled.

Anyone else running into similar issues?
