Hello there,

A third party browser extension on Internet Explorer may be causing this issue, so it would be ideal if you could open Internet Explorer in no add-ons mode, to start it with no browser extensions.

To perform this action, press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard, type iexplore.exe -extoff and press enter.

If the issue still occurs while in no add-ons mode, then we definitely know an add-on isn't causing the issue. You may try resetting Internet Explorer in case it's currently corrupt.

1. Click the tools tab and select select Internet Options

2. Head over to the advanced tab, then click reset

3. Place a checkmark next to 'delete personal settings' and click reset.

Thanks,

Legaede
