Downloading DVR Plugin to see DVR but although downloaded IE11 keeps asking for it when launching ?

From what I can gather you don't view DVR via IE11 but via the desktop icon ? Is this true ?? .. If so why is this not mentioned anywhere ? Frustrated

Hello Quovadisuk,

Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft community.

I would like to know some information about the issue so that we could help you better.

What happens when you try to download DVR plug-in for Internet explorer? Do you receive any error message or code?

I appreciate you for providing details about the issue.

This issue may occur if ActiveX filtering is turned on.

I would suggest you to turn off ActiveX filtering and then try to download and install DVR plug-in for Internet explorer.

Please refer this article:

Use ActiveX controls
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/use-activex-filtering#ie=ie-11-win-7

ActiveX filtering in Internet explorer gives you greater control over how webpages run on your PC. With ActiveX filtering, you can turn off ActiveX controls for all Web sites and then turn them back on selectively as you see fit. While ActiveX controls like Adobe Flash are important for Web experiences today for videos and more, some consumers may want to limit how they run for security, performance, or other reasons.

Thank you
