Youtube.com not responding in Internet Explorer 11, Windows 8.1

Ive tried compatibility mode, fiddling with flash player and active x settings, Malwarebytes..but still doing this:

Internet Explorer vies and browses pages normally, except for youtube.com

When playing a video, after about 20 seconds, the audio continues but the video stops.

Then, after about a minute, the video starts again in sync with the audio.

I you try to click on pause while the video is stalled, a pop up says, " youtube.com has stopped working"

Chrome doesn't do this, but is laggy.

Then on or off IE, sometimes the computer will go to a blue screen sometimes with IRQL_GT_ZERO......

This is a link to my computer's MSinfo

I think it is a problem with my display driver, but it is up to date.

I cannot find any minidump info, even after setting it up as recommended.

The IRQL_GT_Zero_....screen doesn't restart now, but cannot go off the screen to view the folder until after the computers power button is pushed, then folder is empty.

This is an emachine vista computer updated to windows 8, started having problems when updated to windows 8.1

Im not sure if ive seen the blue screen since Malwarebytes has been run with root kit checked, perhaps it's fixed.

But the youtube thing is really annoying.

Thanks,

Tim
