Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Community.

You have an issue with viewing certain websites on Internet Explorer. It can be difficult when something that is important to you does not work as expected. It is pretty simple and we are here to help you fix the issue. We will work as a team and get this sorted out.

Please answer these questions-

1)      Is the issue limited to hotmail or Gmail?

2)      Do you get any error code or error message?

3)      Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?

I would like more information regarding the issue.

Method 1-

I would have you disable the add ons and check.

Refer the link-

Manage add-ons in Internet Explorer

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-10

Method 2-

Try to view the websites in Compatibility View.

Refer the steps-

a)      Open Internet Explorer and click on “Tools”.

b)      Now, select “Compatibility view”.

c)      You can also select “Compatibility view settings” and then check the box next to “Display all the websites in compatibility view”.

d)     Check if the issue persists.

Here are a few things that you can do to analyze the problem further:

  • Clear the web browser cache completely, restart the browser
  • Run the browser without add-ons and plugins
  • Check if other sites load, check if https://gmail.com.com/ or https://hotmail.com
  • Scan your computer by using Malwarebytes Antimalware /Trojan Remover.

I tried this (IE 11, Windows 7), but it was also necessary to enter each site in the list: "google.com," "gmail.com", then open a new page.
