Hi,

Thank you for posting this question on Microsoft Community Forums.

I see that you want to know how to turn on cookies in Internet Explorer 10.

Let us work together to resolve this issue.

Please answer these questions so that we can understand the issue better.

1. Does the issue occur in Internet Explorer 10 desktop version or modern UI version?

2. Do you have any anti-virus installed?

3. What is the make and model of the tablet?

4. Does the issue occur for a particular website?

A cookie is a piece of text that a Web server can store on a user’s hard disk. When the same website is browsed again by the user in the future, the data stored in the cookie can be retrieved by the website to list the previous activities of the user.

Follow these steps to enable cookies:

a. Open Internet Explorer 10 desktop version.

b. Click on the Tools button and select Internet Options.

c. Click on Privacy tab and select Advanced.

d. In the Advanced Privacy Settings window, select the settings you want and click on OK.

e. Click OK again and restart Internet Explorer 10.

Hope this information is useful.

If you aren’t able to enable cookies or if you have other questions regarding Windows operating systems, reach out to us on this forum. We are happy to assist.
