How do I delete cookies and cache in IE 10 Win 7 X64?

I have several users asking how can they delete their cache and cookies in IE 10?  I have done a couple Google searches and found Microsoft articles that all start off with click on tools  then click on Safety???? there is no Safety button or line item to click on ??  where is it hidden or was it renamed just before release??  I have several hundred users and some are starting to ask if the above can not be done can we remove IE 10??  I am starting to see their point and am considering doing that for every user but if we can find the fix to remove cookies and cache it will stay?

Hope someone can help on this one

Jeff
