Webex complain a certificate error for one user, but I cannot the matching certificate

When user to join a webex session, he got this error

Can't connect to Audio or Video

You can't connect to audio or video because we can't validate the
security certificate for your Webex site.  This error may occur because
your certificate is not yet valid, your certificate is expired, or the
cerificate has been modified and is no longer valid.

Contact Support, your Webex administrator, or your IT administrator
for assistance in installing a valid certificate.

SSL certificate content

Subject  US CA San Jose "Cisco System, Inc." WebEx
              Communications, Inc." *.webex.com
Issuer  US HyDrantID (Avalance Cloud Corporation)
               HydrantID SSL ICA G2
Effective Date 2018/3/21 19:25:35
Expiration Date 2019/3/21 19:35:00

**** On the same computer, if I join the same webex session login by other user:  no issue

Same user, login other computer and join the webex:  no issue

Using the "mmc"  I cannot find any SSL certificate that match the above description, neither on system nor on user

I manually download/import the HyDrantID SSL certificate that issued by Quovadis, and hope that it will override the

error message, but it's no prevail.    Probrlm can be repeated independent of browser used (IE, Edge, Chrome)

Any idea how to go about the debugging/find more information?   Thanks in advance

Any idea how to find

Please contact webex or the vendor support for help. This doesn't look like an error with the site's certificate, but rather with the user's client-side certificate for authentication against webex.

Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for replying:  I also looked at the Cisco's Webex administrator site:  nothing there regarding the SSL certificate.

Noticed that same user can get access from any other computer, except this particular laptop, and on this same laptop, no other user has problem.

Since the host certificate is okay, I would think it's some caching under Users/xxx/Appdata/Local/Webex….   I would think remove the

user and have him sing on again would fix it, but it would cause some pain to user has to re-install all his local's apps.
