Print coupons or newsletters the window explorer stops working

Original title:application generated an exception.
When I try to print coupons or newsletters the window explorer stops working.  I get a message of application generated and exception.

2. Which web browser are you using?
3. Is the issue confined to coupons and newsletters?
4. Is the issue confined only when you try to print from the website?
5. What is the make and model of the printer?
