Java Plug-in 1.6.0_17 connection failed in IE8 Vista

I am trying to open one of the banking site in IE 8 version in Vista. Please note that I have installed Java plug-in 1.6.0_17 as advised in the banking site and re-booted the PC. . But still I'm getting the below error

If I open the site,  login gets successful, but one of the area in the site is not getting displayed and showing x mark.

Could you help me to resolve the error?

Thanks in advance

You should have installed NAV before the McAfee free trial expired and you should have purchased NAV (or another anti-virus application) before the NAV 30-day free trial expired.

Proceed as follows now:

Back-up any personal data (none of which should be considered 100% trustworthy at this point) then do a format & clean install of Windows.  Please note that a Repair Install (AKA in-place upgrade) will NOT fix this!

HOW TO do a clean install of Vista: See the If you want to reinstall Windows Vista by performing a clean installation... section of http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Installing-and-reinstalling-Windows-Vista#section_3

After the clean install, you'll have the equivalent of a "new computer" so take care of everything on the following page before otherwise connecting the machine to the internet or a network and before using a USB key that isn't brand-new or hasn't been freshly formatted:

NB: Any Norton or McAfee free-trial will be reinstalled (but invalid) when Windows is reinstalled. You MUST uninstall the free-trial and download/run the appropriate removal tool before installing any Windows Service Packs or IE upgrades and before installing a new anti-virus application.
