IE Error (Problem starting C;\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl)

Team,

I am facing this below issue. 

I

Steps Taken:

  1. Repaired IE.
  2. Copied inetcpl from other system, while copying access was denied. 

After doing above steps, now IE is getting closed automatically as soon i open IE. 

Need your suggestions.

Tried sfc /scannow?

Tried with that command. It showed repaired but it didnt helped.

So after running the command, inetcpl.cpl is restored to Windows\System32 directory now? If it's missing, try:

sfc /scanfile=c:\windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl

And post back what it says.

Press WinKey + R and type inetcpl.cpl

Press ENTER.
